View Refund History

The details of any load can be viewed in the History screen.

The following roles and user entitlements should be set in the Tax Collection System for users needing to add manual refunds in TaxLedge.

Refund Screen Roles

GLTAXLEDGE_FOUNDATION - Allows access to the TaxLedge database tables. Restrictions are made by removing entitlements to users.

Refund Screen Entitlements

ACTGL_REFUND – Allows access to the Refund screen.

  1. Choose a record to review by selecting it on the Refund (Payment Remittance) screen.
  2. Select the History tab on the Refunds (Payment Remittance) screen to view the History screen.
  3. If you want the entire refund history for that account displayed in the table, click the Search button without filling in any of the Account No, Refund Type, Refund Date, or Request Date fields.

The Request Date is the date the refunds were loaded into TaxLedge. The Refund Date comes from the tax Collection system and is the date the refund was created.

Notes: If you want to limit the history that appears in the table, fill in one or more of the search parameters.

The History screen is read-only.  No changes can be made in it.
