Commission Totals Report

Some tax offices are able to print a report that shows all commissions that have been disbursed for a given deposit date range. For each tax unit, the current commission collected, delinquent commission collected, total commission collected, total disbursed commission, and balance are shown. The total commission collected matches the total commission amount on the Commission Cap report.

Users must be assigned the GLTAXLEDGE_FOUNDATION role and the user entitlements TAXLEDGE_REPORTS and GLRPTCOMMISSION_TOTAL in the Tax Collection System to run this report. Customized versions of this report are available for Harris County and Navarro County.

To run a Commission Cap Report:

  1. On TaxLedge’s Main Menu bar, select Reports, then select Commission Report. The Commission Report screen will be displayed.
  2. Enter the Deposit Date Range for calculating commissions.
  3. Click Print. The report prints on your desktop printer.
