There are two times when you may need to reboot or restart your computer:
- ACT recommends that you reboot your computer at the end of the day or at the end of the last TaxLedge session for the day. This will reset the tables and memory addresses inside the program.
- Reboot the computer if a screen freezes or if the data appears incorrect.
Call the ACT Help Desk if rebooting does not solve either of these two problems.
