Login and Passwords

  1. If you have not received a user name and password, please contact your tax office. They will assist you in providing this information.
  2. If you have received a user name and password, enter them in the fields provided in the Login screen.
  3. You will be prompted to create a new password. Enter and verify the new password.
  4. To check the password, you may click show password. Click hide password to remove the password from view.
  5. Click Submit. You will be prompted to log in again with your new password.
  6. Select the Account to use from the drop-down list. For some tax offices, this automatically populates.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. You will be taken to the Dealerships screen. If the user was not created by the tax office or the tax office did not assign any dealerships to the user, an error message will appear.
  9. If you do not remember your password, click forgot my password.
  10. Enter the User name created for your account.
  11. Enter the Email Address associated with your user name. This must be the same email address you provided to the tax office.
  12. Click Submit. An email will be sent to that email address with instructions on how to change your password. You must respond within 24 hours.
  13. You can click Logout at the top of most SIT Portal screens to leave this system at any time.
  14. You will be logged out automatically if you are not actively working in this portal.
