Load PID Tax Units into CAD Tables

Last Revised September 17, 2019

This process loads PID data from the portfolio tables into the CAD tables. It is useful when loading certified roll, especially if additional PID data has been made available and the data needs to be synched with the existing PID data. Exemptions for these accounts are also loaded. The log reports include totals of the PIDs created in the CAD and CAD_UI tables by tax unit. Uncertified PID accounts are listed on a separate report.

To run this process:

  1. From the Main Menu, click on Products, then Batch Products.  The ACT Batch Menu will appear.
