Create Fiduciary Requests for E-Statement Accounts

Last Revised: May 29, 2013

One part of the e-statement process is to create a new fiduciary request for every account that has an active (unexpired, not flagged as a bad e-mail address) request to receive e-mailed certified statements. The fiduciary number entered on the parameter screen must have a business type of 'ES' in the Fiduciary Master screen. The e-statement requests can be viewed in the E-Statement screen. Batch menu no. 1346 can be used to create the fiduciary requests. This must be done before the statement wizard is run to create the certified data file for the print vendor.
