Introduction to Account Status Information

The Account Status screen gives the history of payments and remaining account balances for a particular account.

To get to the Account Status screen:

  1. Double-click Account Status in the Main Menu or select Account Status on the Go To list; the Account Status screen will appear.

  1. The Account Status screen contains the following tabs:

Escrow Payment - Displays a comprehensive status of payments made on a particular account.

Fines and Penalties - Displays any fines and/or penalties associated with a particular account.
