What it displays:

This prints letters notifying dealers that they have been assessed a penalty for late payment. Payments posted after the 10th of the month incur a 5% penalty, while those posted after the 20th are assessed a 10% penalty. Addresses on the letters are taken from the Alternate Address - DBA fields on the Owner Master screen.

To run the SIT Monthly Late Penalty Notice:

1. From the Main Menu, click Batch Menu.  The ACT Batch Menu will appear.  

2. Click the SIT Late Penalty Notice line, batch menu no. 12303.  You may need to scroll down to see this.

3. Press Enter.  The parameter screen for this report will appear.

Note:  Before pressing Enter, be sure the number of the report line you want is displayed in the Selection box.  You may need to key in that number before pressing Enter.

4. The following combinations of fields can be entered:

1. • Client ID, Dealer Number, Year

   • Client ID, Dealer Number, Deposit Number, Year

   • Client ID, Deposit Number, Year

   • Client ID, Deposit Start and End Dates, Year

5. Click Submit Job.

6. Click OK on the "OK to Submit Job" pop-up screen.
