Harris County requires that SIT information be loaded to their IBM mainframe in addition to storing it in ACT's server.  This interface loads a flat file of data into the IBM mainframe. This interface is not accessible from the SIT Batch Menu.

To create the flat file, the following package is used:  hcad_vit_interface.pkb

This procedure should be run:  

create_vit_hcad_if_file(pp_client_id in number,

                                     pp_start_year in number ,

                                     pp_end_year   in number );

Once the flat file is created, it can be loaded on the IBM mainframe.
